Query.

Scenario as follows.

All members of Team A (huntgroup 1111) are going to a meeting and divert their extensions to individual members of Team B.

If a call is placed to hunt group 1111, it shows as all members unavailable (because they are all diverted out), can MD be set to allow calls to go to the extensions which have been diverted to when this hunt group is dialled ?

Thanks

Hello,

In BC11&12 it is PARNUM=178:
The parameter states whether a member of a PBX group will be excluded from its group(parval=0) or not after diversion on no answer has been done (parval=1).

If a group has no available member because all members are manually diverted, then the aspap:parnum=178 is not relevant.

So in my opinion the answer does not fit to the question.

It has no sense, that members of team A will divert their extensions to members of team B, if the call comes to the grouphuntinggroup of A. The manually diversion works only, if calls come to the individual number of a A-member. If calls come to the A-group 1111, then MD is searching as followes:

1. manually diversion of the group (*24*111*xxxx#)
2. available members
3. position in queue
3. automatic diversion if no member present (cdini of the group)

Individual diversions have no room here!
