Hunt groups

I have a scenario that the customer would like

call comes into a vdn / vec option 1 for Sales

goes to virtual station with a hunt group as point one, reception or v/m as point 2

when it goes to the hunt group she want it to try 3 out of the 7 stations at random one after the other before covering to reception / v/m

Does anyone know how this can be done. The part that I cannot get working is hunting the group before covering. The call always sits on the first available station until not answered then goes to cover. does not try any other station in the group.

I have tried all options of group type and RONA

Hi Shawn

I set the hunt group as circular then added the hunt group to the cover path in points 1. 2 and 3

So the call went to the first point for the 3 rings set in the cp. Then when it went back to the hunt group for point 2 of the cp. It selected another station then agsin for point 3.

I sent the call to a vector for a specific vm in point 4.

I dont think its an official way of doing it but it works
