Is it possible to set a hunt group on round robin but with a specific starting DN

Basically we want the hunt group 2121 to always hit extension 2131 first then hit any other DN in the group randomly.

Is this possible?

Change 2121 to be a phantom that default call forwards to 2131. Then have 2131 call forward no answer & hunt to a new group hunt that is set to round robin.

Thanks for that! had thought about doing it that way as well but was wondering if there was a huntgroup feature!

There is a Group Hunt feature. It allows you to have a Pilot DN 1234. Callers will call that number first. Within the Group Hunt you will have entries

0 - 1111
1 - 2222
3 - 3333 etc....

1111 will always get the call first, then 2222 then 3333.

Poor mans unfair ACD, but works great. Then if no one ever picks up the phone you can hunt it to vmail. A little cavemanish, but it works.

OOPS I am having an issue reading the whole post. Our A/C went out and it's like a million degrees here.

sorry for the confusion. two group hunts work fine in this situation
