Have a customer with 4 hunt groups on a o x 32 rev. 6.1xc. Incoming answered by a fibre NAM. CCR option 1 goes to hunt group 01 (707). CCR option 2 goes to hunt group 2 (708) etc. If no one answers the call just rings and rings. Why isen't it going to a mail box if unanswered? Several extentions in the hunt group have mail boxes including receptionist (100).

The system doesn't look to see if anyone has VM in a hunt group.
The Hunt Group is created to ring till answered.

But there is an Overflow of the Hunt Group, I would forward this overflow to a certain extension that has a VM; thus pushing the caller into a valid Mailbox.

Ynotphone, You're absolutly correct. Got me to thinking, so I created 4 phantoem DNs and made the appropriate people answer DNs to the phantoems. Works like a charm.

You can also create mailbox 707 and set the Overflow to vmails DN (F985).
Then setup Off Prem Notify to call Internal X707 when a message is left. Now vmail will call all sets in the group in hopes that somebody will retrieve the msg.
Do same with other groups.
