I have three people in HG-1, ext 225,226 & 227. I have a DID line number 182 assigned to the hunt group in a sequencial order. Ext 225 first, if 225 is on the phone, 226 rings, if 225 & 226 are on the phone ext 227 rings. The problem is if none of the three members answer the call ringing at their phone, the calls are roling to the receptionist, which is the corporate office and not this marketing group. I would like the ringing ext to ring until the caller hangs up or disconnect caller after about 10 rings. I don't have voice mail set up or anything set up to cover unanswered calls. The system does have a call pilot for the business office exts.

This is a promotions company that may run an add on TV or Radio to get something free. The caller calls the number given (a DID) assigned to hunt group 1, the first call always needs to go to Bob ext 225, if busy go to Jack ext 226 and if Bob and Jack are busy go to Derek ext 227. If nobody answers the calls no big deal. They just want the calls to ring in order and deadend at the ringing ext. The problem is they are bouncing to the receptionist after a number of rings. They are analog phones with no voice mail set up.

Any suggestions would be helpful!

remove the prime set in the target line ...
do not program any overflow in the hunt group
