I have a system at a small tech school that they want lines 001-032 to ring twice on DN210 (recept) then to ring on 210 and 234 4 times, then roll to AA.
facts:
all lines A&R on 210 and 211,
HG01 (DN696) has members: 210 and 234, A&R, broadcast, overflow 400(VM DN),
FNA on 210 set to 696, 2 rings
210 is set to "if busy: do nothing"
what happens is that the call come in, appears and rings on 210 and 211, after 2 rings HG01 rings on 234 but stops ringing on 210. The line appearance on 210 still shows the call but the HG01 appearance and ring does not. It does go to AA after 6 total rings.
is there a way to keep the line ringing on 210 after the 2nd ring and FNA to the hunt group?
