Hunt Groups not showing up on CICS Programming

Hi,

Im trying to program the Norstar CICS, software version 7.1 for my small buisness. No matter what password I use, Hunt Groups never come up under system programming. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

are you using atleast 3 digit extensions?

Yes, I just did a reset and made the extensions 100-151. Still nothing comes up.

Guarranteed he's using 2 digit extensions.

There is, but your plan of using Ftr ** startup is the best plan.

Also please make sure that you have Standard and not Restricted software. Because I'm not sure if Restricted offered Hung Groups. Does anyone know for sure all I have is standard.

What's your S/W level?

You need both 3 digit ext DNs and also 4.0 software or higher.

He said he had 7.1 sw. I didn't think they were making restricted software on any current versions. Has anyone heard differently?

I figured it out guys. Its 1.0 I didn't realize.

I have restricted software on 4.0 sw and there are hunt groups.
