Hunt groups dont work

Hi,
I programmed an IPO 406 to ring on a hunt group extension and hunt to other extensions in the hunt group. It only rings on the first one and doesnt hunt to other extensions. I wanted Line 1 to hunt to one hunt group and Line 2 hunt to another hunt group.
I then removed the hunt group and made the incoming destination an ordinary extension, then to overflow to certain extensions, still didnt work.
As it is now, it only rings on one extension and that's not the original plan.
Any ideas?

that was a clear as mud.

you can set a different ICR for each incoming line(POTS or DID) and then divert anything that comes in over that ICR to a specific destination.

Example:

Line 1 - 789-555-1234 has incoming group set to 1
Line 2 - 789-555-1235 has incoming group set to 2

ICR for 1 points to hunt group 301
ICR for 2 points to hunt group 302

each hunt group can have any number of end users and can roll to each other using overflow groups.

A friend of mine who also has an IPO has the same problem and told me that he has a setup of each line per ICR and didnt work. But he had to reprogram the huntgroup by clearing it, powering down and reprograming and it later worked.

I think no matter how we feel, we should be careful when dealing with people, we can still be courteous, no matter what.

On the subject, I'd try and look at it over the weekend and see how it goes. Thanks
