I have a problem with a software MICS 4.1. when I program a hunt group to an extension and an overflow to another extension (and it is here that my extension does not ring), when I call from the ouside and when the auto attendant answers I pass through the CCR and I dial a digit ex. digit 2 which represents the hunt group, the first extension rings if no answer the extension overflows (T7316) the light opens, the intercom flashs but the extension does not ring.
If I dial manually the hunt group from the inside the extension rings. So my problem is only from the outside.
I try to reboot the voice mail and the phone system, that's all I try to do.
My lines are PRI.
Thank you very much and hope that you can help me find my problem.

How are you overflowing to the seond extension? Are both in the hunt group using hunt mode rotary? Or are you forward no answering the first ext to the second extension?

check your Transfer Callback setting - the call transferred from AA may be recalling back before the other extension has a chance to ring.

My hunt group we use is hunt mode global. If the fisrt extension does not answer after 15 secondes the second extension is programmed to ring.

My transfer callback setting is 12 rings so since my overflow is 15 secondes there should be no interference.

Thank you for you reply and hope to get a solution to this problem.
