I work on Cisco Unified CallManager 4.2 and want to make a number that any one call it , it ring on a group of users

I don't want to make Forward no answer or something like this

Also don't want PickUp group

I found Hunt group and Pilot point . Is this solve my issue and if right how can I add users in it
 
Check in your Hunt Group for a Broadcast distribution setting. I'm not sure what version that came in but I believe it is in CCM 4.2 Once you set up your Hunt Group as Broadcast, when someone calls the Pilot point, all the idle phones in the Hunt Group will ring.
 
Go to Call Routing -> Hunt option
You will need 3 main thing to do this hunt group:
Line Group: Contains the DN you are going to use.
Hunt Group: Contains the Line groups you may use.
Hunt Pilot: Contains the Hunt groups and is the DN that you are going to use.

In that order.

Your Solution was perfect
The problem with me that I mixed between Hunt group in the
Service -> Cisco Unified CM Attendant Console -> Hunt Group

and the Hunt Pilot

so when I tried to do it I found strange things

But when I did your solution, Everything became clear to me
