at our it helpdesk the receptionist is swamped there is no calling queue or acd can i just lets saY her extension is 5092 can i hunt to 5093 then to 5094 and then voicemail of 5092 .....but 5093 and 5094 have their own voicemail i want a call coming from 5092 to bypass voicemail of 5093 and 5094 if they do not answer

Actually, that is the default people fight to change, an un-answered call will always revert to the mailbox of the originally dialed number. So yes, you can do that.

and remember hunt is a busy condition and fdn is an unanswered condition, but the dialed number is the mailbox Nortel will use.
