I have setup a hunt group and enabled the voicemail. We currently have voicemails in it but can't get to them. Even when dialing *17 and entering in the extension and password. Do these store somewhere else?
What I'm trying to do:
This hunt group has 2 users in it and they will need to check the voicemails that come into this group. I was trying to make it so they would have a button they could use to check the voicemails. Since they are part of a call center we didn't want to enable the users voicemail box since other calls may get in there.
I have tried making the button for voicemail collect with the "?GROUPNAME" but it says nothing is in the inbox even though I can see them on the system status screen in Avaya IPO manager.
Any help or configuration ideas would be much appreciated.
