hunt group voicemail 1

Good morning everyone!

I tried to create a voicemail for a hunt group
What I did is, I added the hunt group with 'collect' and 'leave'
I added 'leave mail action' in the 'leave' option
I added to the hunt group a 12sec delay

But now it only rings twice on the caller side and goes directly to the mailbox
It doesn't ring at all on the hunt group side

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

just about everything
There is no need to set anything on the VM Pro

In Manager

enable Voicemail for the group

add H<groupName> to the source numbers tab of each user in the group

calls should ring the members of the group until the VM Answer time expires.

this is the correct way for ALL IP office VM Variants.
