I am working on Avaya IP office V11 and One X V11. I have a user (393), and a hunt group 399. 393 is a member in the 399 group. I created (H399) under the user source numbers tab so the user can see the voice messages on his One-X portal but unfortunately this didn't work. On his One X portal, I can see the voicemail messages targeted his individual mailbox but not the messages targeted the his hunt group, however his Avaya communicator shows there is some new messages for the hunt group
Is there any special configuration I need to add on his One X settings?
One more question, Can I delete a hunt group voice message from the One-X portal? Any special settings?
