One last issue:
On the VM PRO, I want to route option 3 off the main auto attendant, instruct callers to either press 1 to route to another group, "or please hold while we transfer you to scheduling."
This timed transfer afer we allow the caller to press 1 or not, is the part I am not sure of. I could make option 1 and 2 route for both of these groups, but it would be great for the caller if they were transferred automatically if they dont press 1.
