I have BCM450 with multiple hunt groups. Some of the hunt groups overflow to a second HG and then should overflow to callpilot. The second HG DN is listed as an alternate extension for an individual in CallPilot.
What the caller hears is 5 to 6 rings and then a voice stating the person is not available and the call loops back to the AA. If only one HG is used to overlfow to Callpilot then the caller can leave a message.

Anyone have any idea as to why the overflow to Callpilot does not work if a HG overflows to a second HG and then to CP?

Same rule applies to the HG as it would if it was forwarded from one extn to another extn.
The first forwarding extn mailbox is the one the call pilot returns to.

If the HG1 was overflowed to the Call Pilot dn and a mailbox assigned to this DN then the HG1 will overflow to the mailbox.
EG, hg1 extn461--overflow to CP DN 333.
MAILBOX for HG1 is mailbox 461 assigned to extn 461(HG1).

IF you overflow from one Huntgroup to another Huntgroup the last huntgroup will go to the AA because it does not have a mailbox assigned to it.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Ended up solving it by adding both HG DN's as alternate DN's for the user. That was the only way calls would flow to CallPilot with double HG's.
