Hunt Group to Voicemail

I have learned no much from the board, and usually can get by , by reading old posts. But was unable to find a solution for the following.

I have set up my hunt group #270 with 3 sets attached to it. Its on sequentional but when no one answers it reverts back to the AA can I get it to foward to the hunt groups voicemail box. I already created a voicemail box #270. and overflow was set to #270.

I'm not 100% of this answer, but I don't think a hunt group can go to voicemail. Have you tried making the overflow your voicemail dn?
 
Somebody once said forward the Huntgroup to the DN of the voice mail (F985 to find out)....I dont know if that works but i used to put the over flow to the lead sales person then it will ring and go into their mailbox.



 
I have a system working where several hunt groups go to different voicemail boxes. Just make sure you set the voicemail box number to be the same as the hunt group number. Set the HG overflow to the voicemail extension number.
 
What about MWI?
Or do you train the users to periodically check the mb?

Personally, I usually use curlycord's suggestion, cfna the overflow ext to their mb.
 
You could setup MB 270 to have off prem notify Internal to the Hunt group DN perhaps but also depending on software level of vmail is to setup MB 270 to have an addional set (or 2 is it?) to have the light/indicator also.
