I am not really skilled in working with Avaya IP Office, but i'm trying to learn.
I have this support number (extn: 240) that should send the call to (241) and if that phone is not picked up i want it to forward to an external number (cell phone) and if that doesn't answer either i want to forward to 242.
I have tried to setup a user with extn 243 with the SIP of the external number (cell phone) and if i call 243 internal, the cell phone rings. So far so good.
But if i add the 241, the cell phone and the 242 to the huntgroup and call it, the 241 will ring and then the 242 will. But it skips the external.
I have tried to set the hunt group up only having the 243 number (internal - using cell phone number) but the cell phone never rings then.
Is there anyone out there that can tell me what i'm doing wrong?
