7.1 norstar w/CP150
Customer has started handling calls via AA w/CCR.
Calls (target line) ring attendant phone, aa picks up after 4 rings if attendant does not. Callers can use CCR to route calls.
Last choice in ccr (5) is to talk with a human being. CCR 5 rings hg02 (dn708). Hg02 is assigned to three phones. If hg02 is not answered I'm unable to get calls to overflow to voice mail.
I've tried to create mb 708 to match hg02 to pickup overflow, setting up overflow in hg02 back to 708. Calls just continue to ring hg02 without forwarding to mb708.
What am I missing.
