Hunt Group Ringing 4

Hi all,

Is it possible to only have one member of a hunt group ring and all others just flash?

You can add a Group button to the other users for that hunt group, and add them as disabled users in the group (unchecked). It won't flash on their call appearances, but the Group button will flash when a call comes into it and they can press the button to answer.

Group button is much better.
Will indicate when there are calls waiting and when there are more calls than available agents.
Will indicate even if you have disabled your group membership
Will indicate even if you're not a member of the group.
Will answer the longest waiting (most grumpy) caller.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I thought that might be the answer but I've been working on Nortel so long I doubted myself. Thanks for your expertise.
