The customer wants extension 221 to ring on incoming calls and have 3 additional phones to ring after 3 rings. I have a MICS w/7.1 software I have reception phone ringing on incoming calls then forwards to hunt group on forward no answer. When the incoming call forwards to the hunt group, the hunt group extensions do not ring. I have set hunt group lines to appear and ring and tried different hunt groups within the system. Any ideas

Hunt group ringing

Remove any lines from the Hunt Group.
Make sure 3 members are programmed in the Hunt Group
Ring Only is fine
Select Broadcast
See if that works for you.
