Has anyone seen a problem with auto attendant passing a call to a hunt group. What's happening is (allegedly all of a sudden) that a key press of 1 which passes any call to HuntGroup1 let's say for example, is getting queued, even though agents are logged in and are waiting for calls. What makes it even more bizarre, is that internally, the hunt group rings fine!!
Unfortunately, they are only on 2.0 (16) and VM Pro V2 as well. I am being shouted at a lot here and only just started this new job (I would have had them up to 2.1 a long time ago!)
Has anyone seen this before/know any work arounds?
