Hi All -

I have enabled queuing for my hunt group. I'd like calls to remain in queue and then ring to an available member when one becomes free.

To test this, I disabled all of the hunt group members and placed a few calls into the queue. I left one member of the queue enabled, but kept his line busy while adding calls to the queue. When I disconnect the call he was on, ALL of the queued calls ring out. The member is only able to answer one call (because he only has one call appearance), so the remaining calls go to voicemail.

I expected one call to ring out and the remaining calls to move up one position in the queue.

I realize that I may be taking the entirely wrong approach, as I'm new to call queuing.

Please help!

You probably have voicemail turned on ?
Turn it off and try again

ps, a phone needs 2 apparances to work properly !
With only one you can not transfer call and some options !

Thanks for your help, but voicemail wasn't the problem. Hunt Group Call Waiting was enabled, which led to this issue. After disabling, all works well.
