I have a dept that wants their hunt group to ring all phones simultaneously. I have the hunt group going to a coverage group with the extensions populated. The hunt group type is ucd-mia, no acd, skill or vector. What's the best way to accomplish this?

You can setup a coverage answer group.

In CM

"Add cov ans 1"

Place all your extensions in here.

Change your cover path points to c1 or whatever your coverage answer group number Is.

Take all the extensions out of the hunt group and leave them only in the coverage answer group. Change hunt type to ddc.

Depending on the number of people you could make a terminating extension group (fits up to 4) or a coverage answer group (up to 100) to make a call to one extension that rings at several stations simultaneously.

For coverage answer group you need to make a seperate coverage path in which you point towards the coverage answer group. For overage criteria you would probably want 'All?' to 'y'.
Just link the coverage path with any other extension that you want, either hunt group or station extension and you are good.

This is what you will need to do
