Hello,

I'm trying to configure one of my Hunt Groups to continue ringing the primary members of the Hunt Group even after it overflows to the next group. Basically, I want a caller to enter HUNTGRP1, system rings HUNTGRP1 members for 10 seconds, then expands out the ringing to include the members of the overflow group while still ringing the original group members. I remember seeing a similar post online but now that I need it I can't find it. Is this possible?

Yes, well kind of, just add the members of the original group to the second :)

Create a new HG with the same user from the Original HG, put that HG in the overflow set the overflow time.

If you put in the HG in the OVerflow pane then you can add it more then once to keep it the for the overflow time you have set.

WOw, it was so simple yet I just couldn't see the solution. Thanks guys! This will work perfectly in my current setup.

No worries, sometimes the simplest solutions are the hardset to see :)

Mortigan,

Don't worry, it took me a long time to spot that solution on our system. As amriddle01 says sometimes the obvious is the hardest to see :)
