Hunt Group Not In Service

I have a hunt group that is attached to 493 and when I try that number I get Not in Service. How do I add the dn 493 or how do I attach a different number to the hunt group. Thanks in advance.

Hunt Groups have their own DN's as you will see soon as you go into Hunt Group programming under the first group 01 or 001, what you want to do is add members (physical sets) to that group perhaps? Once you add the members to the Hunt group you can call the DN of that Hunnt Group and all sets will ring in that group.
Maybe give more details as to what you wnat to do!
