Hunt group not functioning correctly in SCN

I have 3 remote sites forwarding all calls to hub site. Call comes in to the reception hunt group on soft console. One extension can answer fine the other seems to ring once i can see the red box showing incoming call and i can hear the phone ring. the call then gets disconnected for a couple of seconds and then returns ringing and she can answer.
