Hi,

I have an extension that will not forward to the next extension in the hunt group it is part of, changing the RCO doesn't affect this as it does with other extensions. I believe this due to a feature not being properly configured, here is the print of the extension in question:

Please note that the extension was previously redirecting as part of this group but it had to be recreated, this is why I believe that it is a feature config issue.

On the extension printout, I don't see any reference to the SCR 2131 being the MARP DN. Can you go into LD 20 and do a DNB against 2131 to find out if there are more than one appearances of the same number please?.

Are you using OTM/TM to make the changes?.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

If by that you mean are we logging in as OTMUSER then yes we are.

The 2nd TN is the one the extension was previously assigned to and appears to be corrupt as I had a lot of problems deleting the extension when it was assigned to it.

On your initial thread, you didn't show us the TN number. Which one did it belong to?. My guess that it was 004 0 09 01. When you deleted it, the MARP was passed onto the remaining DN on TN 004 0 10 04.

I think you need to log into the set and make TN 004 0 09 01 the MARP again?.

I don't like using OTM for extension changes. I prefer to use command line as you can see what is actually going on and I'd recommend that you do regular TNB captures to keep a history at regular intervals so that you can refer to them if needed.

Extension 2131 belongs to TN 004 0 09 01 now, it was previously on 004 0 10 02 which I believe to be corrupt. Unfortunately I don't understand how MARP works, I've tried looking it up on Tek Tips but I am confused by it, any advice?

Thanks for the recommendation of the software but my company's archaic policies prevent downloads, even for those of us in IT.
