Greetings All,

On a BCM50 R6 with all latest patches.
This is what I am trying to do.

Everyone who dials 0 after being ansered by CallPilot will be transfered
to Hunt Group 477.

Hunt Group 477 has DN 200 App and Ring + Aux Ringer activated.

Here is my issue.
When call comes in and 0 is pressed, DN 200 will ring as configured but NO Aux Ringer.

If I call in and CallPilot answers and I dial 477 (Hunt Group DN), station 200 and Aux Ringer will ring ???

Why is Aux Ringer not working when 0 is dialed but will ring if DN 477 is dialed.

I just don't get it?

Could this be a Covid thing? ..... joke!

No, it's a French thing...bigger joke!

That is strange but I think there have been something similar in the past when it comes to 0 and HG not dong the tango.

Is Atdnt: pointing too 477 in both Table and Operator Status?
I am not saying it matters/works but it would appear to be a programming glitch but a very strange one, maybe something might help.

Try programming another HG DN

Also what if you were to forward a spare phone like the one in your laundry room, that is in your mansion....to 477.
The dial in an dial that laundry DN and see if the same issue or if it works.

Thanks P

I tried using another HG but with no success!

Hummmm!

I wonder if I would have the same problem with my Bcm450?

Since this Covid situation, I’ve stopped playing with my Bcm. I think I’m pretty rusted….
