Hunt Group Issue

Hello,
I have a hunt group of type Mix that has four DNs MARPed to type 500 TNs. I have the four DNs for the hunt group assigned to three digital TNs. For some reason when we have three of the digital handsets plugged-in at the same time, we cannot hear callers when they call. If we unplug one of the handsets, we can hear callers just fine. When you unplug one of the phones, is it any of the phones, or one specific phone you are unplugging that causes the set up to then work?

We noticed it on just one phone. When we unplugged it we wouldn't be able to hear the caller.

When three phones are plugged in, you can't hear. It sounds like one TN is connected to two phones. Bad wiring or cross connect.

Thanks for your help. It appears that it was crossed TNs.
