Hunt Group - Issue with Announce

Hey,

Customer configured 1st and 2nd Announce.

When we try it, we hear nothing and in the SSA is an Alert:
"An attempt was made to use a function for which no license has been installed.
License type: IP500 Voice Networking Channels ".

- Version: 9.1.1.0 Build 10
- 1x Combo Card
- Embedded Voicemail

It is an small IPO with no special things.

We had that Problem never before.

Does anyone have similar problems and an idea to solve this Problem???

Have you recorded the announcements.

Yes we enabled that.
It was not the first time we configured that.

It was not the first time we configured that." - but you didn't configure it, the 'customer' did. So go delete whatever they did and program it up yourself before asking for help. Otherwise it's the programming equivalent of Chinese whispers.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
