Hunt group in/out log

is there a way that I can log the date and time when a user logs in or out of a hunt group?

I have only one hunt group and it's important for control purposes to know at what time this events talke place on a certain date.

I have CCC installed.. but I don't think it gets recorded

any help would be grately appreciated.

is the CCC reporter installed on the computer that CCC is installed at?? or is it a new installation?? cause I only see delta server on CCC

I'm sorry, I think I just have Delta Server installed, and not CCC I'm learning as I go...

is there anything that I could do with Delta Server to get this information?

You need CCC to do this.

Speak to your BP about pricing and installation. Don't atempt it yourself.

Some of the other guys here may know if the the R5 CCR will give this kind of report. I haven't looked at it yet.
