Hunt Group in IPOCC. Is it possible? 1

Hi Guys! I just want to ask is it possible to configure a hunt group in IPOCC?

Could you tell me how?

Do we configure in the task flow or in agent group?

The client wants when there's an incoming call and then when it hits to a agent it will ring only 3 times and after that it will transfer to another agent.
 
Create Agent Group. Map all agents in that agent group. Create a topic and provide agent group in topic itself or in a task flow
 
So you mean i will configure the topic in order to make a hunt group?
 
Create a Topic and map the agent group in telephony tab. If you have any IVR, need to create a task flow and map the agent group.
Topic number can then map to ICR.
 
This is the most basic function of IPOCC, if you don't know how to get that working you need to get training or the system will cause your customer more harm than good.

With IPOCC you can't just wing it and hope for the best.
