I have an interesting setup that I am having to work on. It is IP Office 406 DS 5.0(18)

The setup is one main unit with a remote unit and a central VMPro unit.

Essentially is 1 unit for each building and a central VM at the main building. The issue is that we have a receptionist at the remote building which has a Main number.

The current setup is main number rings into the main system is then sent over to VMPro as a module.

The module is setup as a time route for reception at 2nd building during the day and security desk at night.

Well now we need to set it up so that during the day it rings 2nd building reception then main reception if no answer then roll to security desk.

I was thinking a hunt group but unsure with doing 2 systems that dial between them but separate management interface

If they linked correctly using SCN which I guess they are, you can simply add the other systems receptionist and the security desk into the group and make it sequential :)

Would I make the hunt in VMPro or in the 400 unit I since the security desk is an off-site number that is routed via VMpro
