Hunt Group Dilema

I have a situation where I cannot get a hunt group to go to overflow. The version of the MICS software is 30NDG04.

The hunt group appears to be programmed OK with 3 sequential members and queue overflow 45 seconds to ext 234 (with vmail box). The hunt group will ring at the 3 members for 45 secs then goes into oblivion -- rings 12 times and returns to the CCR home menu. It will not go to overflow and we don't know where the ringing is occurring (transfer call back is at 12). There are 3 lines on each of the exts (appear only) we have programmed the prime for all lines to be 234 and even dial zero in CCR to 234. We have programmed 2 hunt groups 707 and 708 and neither will go to overflow.

Any one have any suggestions?
Thanks

hunt group will not fna or busy to vm ...will not follow phone programming

The Hunt group will not, BUT, once the call is transferred to the overflow station, it is no longer a 'hunting' call and will go to Voice mail of that staion if assigned.

The line appearance should not affect the hunt group members as they will be assigned a hunt group key.

Obviously - since your xfr callback is set to 12 and it is coming back after 12 rings you are transferring to someplace other than 234 or the phone in question is not 234..

Have you removed the prime Set on the lines that go to the hunt group?
