Could some one please help me with this issue. We are using Avaya IPO with 10 channel PRI line and we have 2 reception phones. In order for both these phones to ring at the same time, when some one calls from outside to the reception number I have added both these numbers to a hunt group. However the issue that I am currently facing is that our receptionists are not able to forward the calls directly to VM using the unconditional call forwarding option that can be set from their phones. I am guessing that this issue is because the incoming calls are coming via a Hunt group. Is there any way to fix this issue so that our receptionists can directly forward the calls to VM using their phones when they are away from their desks?

Add a set out of service button or shortcode.

Indeed, leaving the Night Service/Out of Service destinations blank is treated as voicemail.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I was able to fix the issue by adding a bridge extension button. However now I am having another issue. The calls answered in the main extension shows up in the other one as missed calls. Is there any way to stop this from happening?
