Hunt Group Announements

Hi All,

When a hunt group announcement is played, the call is flagged as answered and that info is output to the smdr.

This happens even if the tick box "flagged call as answered" is not ticked.

That means that on our reporting software (oak), we are unable to report on missed calls AFTER the queue announcement is played.

Can anyone think of a way of doing both announcements AND missed calls?

We have VMPRO.

to play an announcement the IPO ha to physically answer the call on the line, this is what the OAK (which is a call logger) is reporting.
The flag call as answered option is for the IP Office call reporting package
you need CCR or similar.


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
