I am not sure what I am missing here but I cannot figure this out. Please help!
Have AA answering all lines and option 2 is to ring a group of 4 phones. have it set as hunt group 1(270)set to broadcast.
after 4 rings at the group I want it to go to 202's VM. 202 is part of the group.

What is happening is after 4 rings the system says "The person you have called is not available...exiting the system...goodbye."

I do not have the manuals and have read through everything I have found online but cannot find how to make this function.
There are no schedules and only one greeting to worry about. I cannot believe how much time this has taken trying to figure out for such a simple request.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

When you overflow a HG to voice mail, the voice mail is looking for a mailbox for the HG. In this case mailbox 270. If ext 202 does not have it's mailbox, create a mailbox 270 and in the DN field put 202. If 202 has a mailbox, overflow the HG to 202. The call will then follow the CFNA/CFB rules of 202 and deposit the call in the mailbox for 202.

Thank you for your input, I just got home from the install and was able to achieve what I was trying to do by having the CCR tree transfer to extension 202(instead of the HG I created), then I had to go into the line access for each station that I wanted to have in the group and set the answer DN for 202 and appear and ring. Then forward no answer for 202 for the amount of rings I wanted before going to the MB. Once I had all of the lines and extensions hooked up I basically just kept changing options and testing until I found the answer DN.

That being said I did try exactly what you had described last night, before I had all of the lines and extensions hooked up(only had one line and ext's 202 and 203) and it was doing what I had explained originally.
It has been about 15 years since I have messed with a Norstar system so I am not sure but it may be possible that it wasn't working because all of the lines and ext's were not hooked up.

Thanks again for trying to help I was really frustrated when I submitted the thread.
