Hunt DN to other mailbox

Hi Guys,

I have a user that has no mailbox of her own but instead, I want calls to transfer to another mailbox.

for example.
I call DN 2000, I want it to hunt to the mailbox of DN 2002

I can do this in Call Pilot easy peasy, how do you do this with mermail?

Just add ext. 2002 to key 1 of ext. 2000, set the lhk to 1, and SFA in the cls.

You can add extension 2000 into the mailbox of 2002

hi guys,

sorry to bring this one up again. mer mail only allows 3 numbers to be associated with this mailbox. i need to add one more. the number however is that of a group hunt.

i tried making it key 1 as eddie suggested but get SCH0362 in return.

Anything else I can try?

More Than 4 DNs Answered by One Mailbox?

Add up to 3 DNs to DN list in mailbox programming.
Add 4th and all additional DNs in "Voice Service DN" (VSID) Table and set to "EM" to the mailbox.
