hunt and answering machine

hi there,

Got a request from a user, if the extension is busy the user wants a busy tone but if no answer she wants to go to voice mail..

i disabled hunting so it doesnt go to voicemail when the ext is busy , but it doesnt go to voice when no answer..

i tried enabling FDN to voicemail still no joy.. any suggestion will be really helpfull..

is SFA set in the CLS

CLS is set to "toll denied

you don't need sfa, just fna and ftr fdn xxxx..

fna is allowed
and ftr is allowed
fdn is set to right dn..

not sure what its not going to voice mail...

does this extension show up on another phone / analog /digital? if so, is it marp`ed on her phone?



what type of phone is this? digital TN / Analog ? IP?
