Huge Cubes problem

Hi,
I'm interested in your experiences with huge cubes.
What could you do with it (breakback, excel add-in, publish )?

I have a cube with 60millon cells and another one with 140 million. We need to use all of these funtions: breakback, excel add-in, publish into mssql in the workflow. The server has only 2Gb Ram. ...and of course I always get error messages.
Do you have any tip?
