Hi

I am using HTTPS e-way to submit a XML through to an ASP page. My log file contains the full XML (about 28k in size) but the ASP page received only part of the XML message.

Interestingly, the same XML has been submitted successfuly during off peak time (peak time is between 9:00 am to 12:00pm where the network traffic is heavy)

We did lots of investigations and experiments Has anyone can suggest what would be the cause of the problem. Is there an configuration setting which is wrong in our settings for HTTPS e-way something like that..

Your responses are much appreciated.

FYI.
We are also having problems transfering data with an iis eway. It works most of the time, but that is not good enough when we will be serving several thousand users.
We have even increased the number of iis eways (up to 3), to no avail. The third eway had to be shut down because performance became worse. We have looked at everything, from the ASP page, to the eways configuration, to the clustered servers setup...no cigar.

Did you ever figure out what was causing your problem? We have a similar one. XML page works most of time but fails sometimes in peak times.

May be it is the problem with asp page timing out when the trafic is heavy. Try setting asp page time out parameter to a bigger value.

Regards
Krishna
