Ok first i've got a OpenBSD box has a firewall and also runs the httpd server. it's connected to a cable modem so DHCP from ISP. got one of does dyndns.org account and i can't get to the site from the web.

I've got the port 8080 open on firewall. httpd is listen on 8080.

what else do i need to setup??

do you have your firewall forwarding http calls to port 8080?

if you meen did i open the port 8080 on the firewall yes and the site is located on the firewall.

Can you get to it by IP address?
If you can get to the site by ip address but not by name, then it's a dns problem with dyndns.org

If you can't even get in by ip address, then it's a firewall/Nat problem. Do you have a lan with a router? Could your isp also be blocking 8080?
