How can I allow access to any site using HTTP Proxy without denying/banning any site? Basically We want to know first all sites that are being accessed and have that sent to the Watchguard Report Manager.

As in a dynamically learning proxy?

I dont think you can.

Use Dimension in realtime to show you who is accessing what and apply the appropriate category / site to block.

Hello, sorry was away for a week, I dont want to be a dynamically learning proxy, I just want to use the Watchguarg HTTP & HTTPS Proxy but I want to allow everything for now.

Then dont check any of the categories, and allow all file types. if you have a UTM licence, I would AV scan what you can.
