HTML viewer problem

Hi,
when i try to view reports using HTML viewer... it throws an error "" on the left frame for those reports with sub-reports or groups.
Has somebody encountered this problem?
We are using IBM http server and CE8.0

In my previous post,I just forgot to mention the error which was generated

"Error encountered by Crystal PageServer
The error message returned is:
File c:\program files\seagate software\web content\enterprise\admin\en\viewrpt.cwr not found. [On Page Server: DEV2.pageserver]"
