html viewer again

Hi there

I'm still facing problems with the HTML viewer within CE.

On the machine where all the services are running, there's a directory c:\program files\common files\Crystal decisions\2.0\crystalreportviewers\htmlviewer

However, when this viewer is selected as default, an error message is generated "There was an error retrieving data from the server: Error in loading DLL. The activeX viewer works fine on this PC.

On another PC, the directory above is not present at all ???

Does anyone know how and when to install the HTML viewer ??
