HTML Notes Formatting and Crystal Reports

Hi

We are running Goldmine 6, and have the notes fields set to allow HTML formatting - this caused a problem running crystal reports - crystal reports service pack 2 solved the problem on the PC which has a full version of crystal and the service pack installed however normal Goldmine users still get errors - although the report looks like it has worked fine - when they go to print or move from page to page it bombs out.

Has anyone else got this problem - or so you know of a solution for the problem?

There is no error message, Goldmine just crashes.

update the crystal dll's on the server and all workstations to match one another. As for dealing with HTML in crystal reports, you can, in the Crystal report editor, set a field to decode HTML and thereby disaply in a much mor friendly manner for the users...
