Hi. All of a sudden everyone is unable to view HTML emails. We are running GroupWise 5.5.4 on a Novell 4.11 server. The messages are arriving, but when you open them they are blank. Most of the emails have a "Part.000" attachment that you can open to view the message, but the messages are not displaying upon open. Anyone have any ideas??? Thanks.
 
Hmmmmmm.... everyone in your organization? Is IE installed on the machines? Viewing HTML messages doesn't work right in GW without it. Try reinstalling the GW client
 
5.5.4 or 5.5.4e?

From the version you posted, HTML viewing is not supported in the version of GroupWise you are running. That feature wasn't added until the 5.5 EP product came out.

Yes, it's happening to everyone in our organization. IE is on all of the machines. I have tried reinstalling GroupWise, it didn't help. It is 5.5.4 not 5.5.4e, but we have been viewing HTML emails for years without a problem. There is even a GroupWise HTML Support component to install during setup, which we installed for everyone. For example, when someone sends a message in from Hotmail, it is HTML, we could see it before, but not now. Thanks.
