Hello,

I'm trying to create a link to a file on a shared drive, doesn't seem to do anything when i click on it. When i right-click the link and use copy shortcut then i paste it my address bar it works fine:

<a href="\\SERVER\Group\Services\calllist.doc">2009 Who-to-call List</a>

ANy help is appreciated.

No change.

Actually when i put my mouse over the link, the slashes are already converted in my status bar..

Hi

Of course you will have to specify a protocol too. Probably [tt]file:[/tt] will be fine. Try to change the number of green slashes ( / ), somewhere between 2 and 8 should do it. Of course, only if all this is possible.
Code:
<a href="[red]file:[/red][green]////[/green]SERVER/Group/Services/calllist.doc">2009 Who-to-call List</a>

Feherke.
