Same way you print any file, unless you mean render and then print it, in which case the easiest way would probably be to load it into an invisible browser component and call print from that.
 
TWebBrowser component? (Part of Delphi 6+, not sure about D5)

Indeed, there is not much in the way of a plug-and-go,
cross-platform, html rendering component.

( Unless, of course, you want to try translating the mozilla headers :-o )

I have used the GtkHtml widget for on-screen HTML rendering
from free pascal on Linux...

I never tried using it to print, but I suppose it is possible.
It's just a matter of translating a few functions from
"libgnomeprint.h"
